Anyone who was on Livejournal during Bush's infamous 'Marriage Protection Week' probably remembers the million and one banners proliferated all over their friends pages (yes, I had one too, but it was a wee one), and the counter rants from disgruntled bloggers who couldn't figure out what in the hell everyone's problem was. Yasmin was one of those people who was displeased enough to write a fic about it, which I think speaks for itself.
